Kherson, wow! Is there a normal air ticket office ??? I flew to Istanbul in Turkish, they didn’t book a seat, I sat at the very end, the promotional ticket was sold more expensive than others (I talked with passengers on the same flight). It turns out that it was possible to choose food on board, no one said anything, I found out about miles and smiles already before departure. In a word - bad! Work on mistakes.
