My friends work in this agency, everything suits me, everything was fine. I am happy with the service as always. We didn’t have any delays as such, and if we did, it was no more than an hour, if I’m not mistaken. But with the flights everything was wonderful. Excursions were offered to us on the spot and my husband even went to Israel with friends, he was satisfied.
We were offered a choice of a tour to the Albatros Hotel 4k or 5k, but we were persuaded to go to 4k, as it should have been no worse than 5k. And the price difference was small. But next time I will definitely go to 5k, there are more updated rooms and better quality.
