2 months before departure, we paid a 100% advance payment for the tour in the amount of 20 thousand UAH. The contract was signed by the director DMITRY STETSENKO. Just before the flight, it turned out that supposedly our Tour Operator went bankrupt. And we are flying with a rest. PP Putevochka represented by Stetsenko D. could not provide a single document that would testify to the transfer of our money to the account of the Tour Operator, that is, our money was simply appropriated by Stetsenko D. After long promises, he returned us 4 thousand UAH. The court ruled in our favor. It remains only to enforce it.
