Travel agency review

Everything in the agency suited me, everything was prompt, information was given. Although I myself found a tour on the Internet in advance and simply ordered through them, they prompted me on all issues that still interested me. I booked a bus tour "Pleasant weekend in Prague". We had no transfer delays or transfers, everything was on time. I had to stand at customs, but this could not be avoided. This was my first bus tour and probably my last. Very inconvenient by bus with night crossings, easier, but inconvenient. Not all guides on the spot we liked their attitude to work. Most are good in everything, the presentation of the material is interesting, but there were a couple of guides who did not like it. I was attracted to Prague, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I can advise a sightseeing tour, but as for the trip, I would not advise. It is better to take flights and then just enjoy the rest and local beauties.
