I did not like everything in the work of the agency. I left Kyiv, arrived in Uzhgorod, rented a hotel there and waited for excursions. I paid for the tour in 1.5 months, I was supposed to have 6 excursions, as they told me at the agency. In addition, a week before departure, I called the agency and clarified whether all the excursions would take place, they answered me that everything was in force, in fact everything turned out to be wrong. → |
