The tour company Prism-Tour is terrible, the staff is boorish, as if we didn’t come to them to pay them money, but on the contrary, they came to us. the first 10 minutes we talked like this: "like go home, we ourselves want to go home." The tour operator in Bulgaria, with whom they work, in general .... there are no censorship words. This is Tour Operator KEY.
Do not under any circumstances go with this tour operator. the bus trip was not organized in any way, we were shortened 1 day (they didn’t pick up people), they didn’t take it in the evening, but in the afternoon (they cut another half a day). no one knows any information about the trip itself, you will learn everything on the way. Moreover, we had a paid transfer to the hotel. we were brought to the town in which the hotel is in the center and they said, "That's it, get out, we've arrived." To our logical question "Where is our hotel?quot;, the answer was: "well, ask people, you will find it yourself"....
