This is not a travel agency, but a sharashka office. I am writing this for a reason. rest in the Crimea was spoiled. We took a 10-day tour to Morskoye (near Sudak) with meals. On the way to the place, the bus broke down, no one provided a new one, we drove with a broken spring at 20 km per hour, it was just a nightmare, the road instead of 2 hours lasted 4 hours. The food was just awful. To the sea spoke 10 minutes. Actually 20min and far uphill (800m). The photos of the housing that were shown are not similar and close, it seems that they are just downloaded from the Internet. But that's not all ... On the spot it turned out that the travel agency had not paid the hostess of our accommodation for the last day. After negotiations with the company, it turned out that we had a tour for 9 days, not 10. The contract says from 2.08 to 13.08. The travel agency said that this was a mistake ... In general, I had to pay extra for housing and starve for the last day because they did not feed us the last day ... So we were not satisfied. I just want Privat-Express to stop deceiving people because the money was paid for nothing!!!
