Review of the travel agency Prestige-Tour

We repeatedly turn to them, for us this travel agency is simply convenient. Maybe somehow not at the highest level they work there, but we are comfortable working with them. Geographically, it is the closest, which is located to us and there is no other. We have one agency in the microdistrict and the agency staff communicates with us more not as with clients, but as with good acquaintances/friends. They have such a manner of communication and this makes us very comfortable. They can type, tell or suggest something at any time. Not officially, not professionally, but more like in a simple way.

Our flight was delayed when we flew to Antalya for about an hour. We were even kept in a transfer for a long time, which drove us from the airport building to the plane, without giving any explanation. Probably 20-30 minutes we sat with the doors closed in the heat. But when they flew back, there were no questions.

We had such a specific holiday, we had three small children, then we didn’t even waste time telling the guides about the tour, but just relaxing at the sea and at the hotel.
