The first time I spoke with a girl from this agency, she cruised us when we were still at home and when we were already there. For me it was amazing, I felt some kind of concern for the customers. Basically, very often, if they got their agency, then they don’t care about anything else and everyone is happy there, and the client is satisfied or not, no one cares anymore. Although the girl herself went on vacation, she still wrote to us from her vacation, offered us options (when we were still looking for a tour).
We didn't have any flight changes. We flew there in a much better plane than on the return, everything was more comfortable. The shuttle service was good, brand new and clean. Well, the staff on transport everywhere was good. We even went on excursions when we went, the transfer and the staff were excellent. But in order to once again go on an excursion to the sea, then I would rather choose some sightseeing trips, because there were some points related to the equipment that spoiled the impression a little.
