We liked the service agency, as if everything was good. But I will still take one point. We had no problems with flights. We booked and paid for the transfer to the hotel, but we did not have a transfer. They waited for an hour, then broke down and went on foot, because it was not so far. We were already in that place and knew about the location of the hotel, so we went on foot. But the transfer was paid, and it was, it's unpleasant.
