We did not have any such moments. Quite a normal agency. We had nuances in the hotel itself, but it no longer depends on the agency. The flight to rest we had on time. We were taken on a transfer to the plane, put on board, and we sat there for another hour and waited until we flew. And so from the holiday everything was great. We flew quickly without any delays. We went on excursions, which we took from the locals, and we really liked everything.
