In principle, everything was fine. I ordered through an agency in Kyiv, but I received the documents and paid the money in Ternopil. There were no questions. Everything is clear, fast and accessible. We had problems with the road. We had a flight back at 9, about 10 pm, and we were taken out of the hotel before noon, because the flight was postponed every 3 hours, departure was supposed to be at 4, and we left at about 6 o'clock. We were not allowed to have lunch with our three children and it was harsh on their part. We went on 3 excursions - for two children with her husband, for one I. So I will say that the price was nice, not more expensive than the locals and we liked everything.
