I have used this agency twice and both times have been disappointing. Lack of professionalism and any customer focus prevails and thrives. I will describe in more detail. The first time I encountered an agency when purchasing a bus tour to Bulgaria through an agency on the avenue. Goloseevsky 70, at Olga Kartseva. We already came with a request for a certain hotel, so the task of the tour agent was to arrange transportation for us. We arrived at the travel agency, Olga showed us the scheme of the bus on the monitor, we chose our seats according to the scheme (even TV screens were indicated on the scheme, and during a more detailed discussion, Olga almost named the model of the bus, and, of course, assured us of high bus standards for such long trips). When the day of departure from Kyiv came, we "conveniently" settled down in our seats, since our seats were already assigned to other passengers. In addition, the bus that we agreed on and the one in which we actually traveled were significantly different from each other. There were no TV screens, and with them adequate air conditioning (it was sometimes cold to the point of horror that even down jackets did not save, sometimes it was very hot), but there were collapsed seats and a minimal amount of space between the seats, which made the trip long 34 hours unforgettable. On the way back, we were assigned a meeting point and time in the tourist guide. The bus arrived 3 hours later (and it's winter and cold outside). When we expressed our bewilderment to the bus driver, he provided us with his schedule of arrivals at the hotels, on the basis of which we understood that there was no delay on the part of the driver. It's just that our memo did not match the carrier's schedule. So here it is worth separately thanking Olga for her vigilance and attention to detail. 3 hours in the cold waiting before the trip back we will remember for a long time. After arriving in Kyiv, I decided that it was no longer worth contacting "Let's go with us" for tours.

And now it's vacation time again, my friends and I are going to Montenegro, we arrange accommodation separately, we only needed a ticket. We again turned to "Let's go with us", because I thought what could be difficult in such a simple, seemingly at first glance, operation as buying an air ticket. But no, and here difficulties arose, to my great regret. We were issued an invoice, and with it an agreement indicating the amount of payment. We sent the money according to the declared value and already, in joy that the issue of purchasing a ticket was closed, we already forgot to think about tickets. But, the next day, the agent (Irina Vasina) calls us back and informs us that the amount of the order has changed. Quite a strange approach, I will immediately note, and I have never come across this before. My understanding that if the client paid the declared amount, received a signed contract, and this is where his duties end, did not find a response from the travel agents of the company "Come with us" at Geroev Stalingrada 8. In addition, in clarifying the situation, director Olga told me she stressed that they were still very honest with me, or they could have put me on another flight and told me that the flight I needed was cancelled. Is this what the travel agency does? Therefore, dear tourists, I would just like to warn you that the same thing can happen to you - a three-hour wait for a bus on the street in winter, a transport that does not match the promised one, a change in the cost of a tour / ticket AFTER paying for it and agreeing on a price. Good luck to everyone, and only positive emotions and a sense of satisfaction from the work of the travel agency "Let's go with us", and I only wish the agency to improve (if there is a desire) so that your customers are satisfied with you and there is a desire to contact you again.
