Travel agents don't know what they're selling

We chose through this agency because we thought that this company can be trusted. We decided to go to Bulgaria with friends to the Bahami Residence hotel, the travel agent said that upon arrival we would be taken by a transfer to the hotel, it turned out on the spot that our transfer was not paid for and after 26 hours on the bus we had to go in the heat to our hotel. Since the check-in at the hotel was at 14:00, and we arrived at 9:00, we had to wait. Already during the settlement, it turned out that we had come to the wrong hotel (when we chose the hotel, we saw the photo of Bahami Residence) It turned out that Bahami Residence is a complex that consists of two buildings. For 2 hours we figured out the situation, tried to contact the travel agency through our parents, since we were in roaming. It turned out that in the database "Come with us" this hotel is considered as one. It turns out very strange, because when choosing a hotel, we saw something completely different from what we got. Wrote to our travel agent who simply ignored our message. Also, the agency employee did not even send us vouchers for settlement. And yes, the return transfer from the hotel was also not paid))) I do not recommend and will definitely never use the services of this agency again.
