We were satisfied with the work of the agency, the quality of their work was good. Our tour operator was ANEX TOUR, Azur air company, we are flying with them for the second time, and, frankly, we are not very satisfied ... Last year, we were rescheduled three times, although we paid extra for the fact that the flight was early. This time we also paid extra for an early departure, in fact, the surcharge was gone, since we were at the hotel only in the evening.
