I liked everything in the agency, the quality of service was good. We flew there and back with the Windrose airline. As for the way there, the seats on the plane were designed for some midgets, we were wildly uncomfortable, since I have a height of 1.75, and the young man has 1.90, plus, the backs of the seats did not recline, as they were broken , I understand that there is no way to fix this, just change the seats on the plane, but it was uncomfortable to the point of horror. On the way back, the plane was newer and nicer, we did not pay attention to the seats, because it was comfortable. The agency worked very well, everything was also on time, there were no transfers of flights or delays.
