They didn’t put on bracelets for us throughout the rest, we went to the dining room, went to the beach, of course, went out of the territory, they let us back without any problems, but nevertheless, the first day of rest was catastrophically ruined. I can’t say who is to blame for not being accommodated, but it all started from the airport, from the transfer, we were asked a million times which hotel we were going to. I wanted to get to this particular hotel, because our friends were resting there and were very satisfied, there were no actual tours, and when there were already a few days left before the end of my vacation, I saw an offer from this hotel on the Internet, the tour was for 4 days , I chose the agency that most suited me geographically, we went there, bought a ticket in the morning, and flew away in the evening. The quality of service at the agency was the same as everywhere else, but I don’t know if they were to blame or not, that we weren’t on the lists, I don’t know how they passed the information that we weren’t in the database, they raised papers in the hotel and said that we were nowhere no. While at the hotel, I did not contact the agency, since I did not have the Internet there, although it was stated that it should be, but I turned to them when I arrived to find out why this happened. Returning to the hotel, I’ll say that I already threw a tantrum out of hopelessness, said that they would take me to the embassy, ​​a lot of other people’s eyes gathered, apparently the hotel didn’t want an even bigger scandal, so they settled us, apparently they didn’t want extra noise. Our tour operator was Join up, everything was fine with him, the flight was delayed for 5 minutes, but this did not play a role. There was no transfer, we were put in some small bus without air conditioning, there were probably 5 seats, we sat hunched over, sat on bags, it was very hot. All the buses left, then they just picked us up. I didn't like the shuttle either.
