Tactlessness, irresponsibility, cheating, waste of time, disappointment!

Infinitely disappointed - they disrupted our long-planned trip!

tactlessness, unpleasant and indifferent attitude was traced from the very beginning, however, we were very interested in the trip and the description of the tour suited us, so we continued the dialogue.

We chose a hotel, decided on the dates, made a full prepayment - everything was on time. We started waiting for feedback. Two weeks before departure, they asked me to clarify whether everything is in order, is everything according to plan? We received an answer that they are waiting for confirmation from the tour operator and nothing depends on their agency.

A couple of days later, the answer came: “There are no places, but they can get it with a surcharge of € 50 per person,” which caused us bewilderment and indignation. From Anna the answer was still the same answer - nothing depends on her.

There was nowhere to go and we agreed to an additional payment, but it didn’t end there... We were kept in the dark for a few more days and, after that, Anna called and said that she managed to book only one ticket, for the second one you need to pay about another €200.

We asked for a refund - the trip was canceled
