Terrible manager, incompetent and irresponsible

I will never recommend it to anyone. Let's go with us to Miropolskaya, especially, as she said, the leader Kolesnichenko Irina, who was involved in my tour to Albania. Everything was done on the turn, instead of 2.5 hours transfer 6.5 hours to the hotel. Because we flew to Montenegro, not to Albania. We paid extra for the room so that the windows faced the sea, and the whole vacation looked at the mountain. They were supposed to fly to Ukraine on 07/10/2019, before that they asked our manager to change our tickets so that we would fly not from Montenegro, but from Albania. But on 07/09/2019 at lunchtime, she said that she could not get us plane tickets from Albania, so we would have to fly from Montenegro. It turned out that there are tickets for the 13th, which I had to re-buy, since no one returned the money to me for the previous tickets and transfer. And so, we stay for another 3 days, it’s good that at least there was no reservation for our room and we stayed without any problems, but again it was necessary to pay extra. It was very important for me to change tickets, since such a long transfer is very bad for my health, I generally thought that I would turn inside out until we get to the hotel.

And what is the result:

1) for a ticket for 2 for 7 days to Albania, we paid 31,000 UAH.

2) bought tickets again 2900 UAH. and our manager tried to charge us another 3560 for the transfer, she didn’t even try to negotiate with the host to take us on a group transfer, she found an individual transfer for us. What for? I approached the guide myself and solved the issue in 3 minutes. Why should I do this myself? What did I pay money for?

3) since we stayed for another 3 days, we still had to pay for hotel accommodation at 53 euros per day. Total 159 euros - 4929 UAH.

4) since I spent the first day of my vacation on the road, I think that this is also a loss - 1643.

In total, we had to pay UAH 31,000 for a ticket, but we paid UAH 40,472. QUESTION: Who will compensate me UAH 9472? I want mine back, I'm not even talking about moral damage and damage to my health.
