Terrible company and manager Anna

Hello, my husband and I always booked tours through another travel agency. But this summer, our girl, who always served us, was on vacation and we decided to contact another travel agency and opted for “Come with us” - VERY REGRETED ABOUT THIS, in 7 years my husband and I have not had a worse vacation! !! We contacted the office at Kharkov, st. Plekhanovskaya, 65 Metalist, the manager Anna served us. We asked to pick up a ticket for us, outlined the budget, our wishes, etc., Anna showed the options - we chose and agreed that she herself would look and send proposals via viber. Nobody sent us anything via viber, we called her ourselves, constantly asking - did you pick up a tour for us or not, they called all the time themselves, then, as it turned out, she confused who she sent via viber to who not. In general, with grief in half, we picked up a vacation, according to this Anna - it was a cool hotel, everything is super, 4 * plus, all inclusive, etc. She promised that she would call us the day before departure and remind us - even on the day of departure, no one called us. Such a feeling they took the money and thank God, and then she didn’t care about anything - when we flew from another travel agency - the girl called us how we flew, how we settled down, when we returned home she asked for impressions, reviews. Here is a complete zero, this Anna did not even deign to find out if we returned at all or not? A very great desire to come to her office and just spit in her face. When we first arrived at the hotel - there was a meeting with the guide and his first words were - "you are in a spectacle hotel, the hotel is shit!" We haven't heard anything like this in 7 years! And then we realized what was the matter, the Anzhelik Hotel, Turkey, Antalya, declared 4 * plus, in fact, the maximum is 2 *. The sea from the room to go about 800 meters, instead of the declared 200, the room, just some kind of bedbug, there was no bedding, we complained to the reception several times, but throughout the rest they didn’t bring it to us, someone else was lying on the bed hair, there was no door in the shower, the temperature was 5 degrees in the room, the air conditioner could only be turned on when we entered the room. I have a leg after a fracture, they asked us to give us a room on the 2nd floor at most, we were locked on the 6th and we could only go up to it on foot. The food is disgusting, we were very praised for the animation - it is no !!!, the animators cannot connect two words. WI-FI is paid, but even when you paid for it, it still doesn’t work! Since there were no places, they settled in passing rooms with other vacationers, and at the same time the attendants and guides did not solve anything at all. We wrote SMS to this Anna - she, like an amoeba, did not solve anything, she just wrote - I will try to solve everything - NOBODY DECIDED ANYTHING, then we asked the guide - no one wrote to them and did not solve anything! And many other things that spoiled our holiday. It's a shame that we contacted "Come with us" for the first time and managers like Anna spoil the entire reputation of the travel agency, we will never contact them again and will tell everyone that this is a terrible company !!!
