I chose the hotel myself and came to the travel agency with a specific option. And when I came and they told me that the hotel did not confirm the reservation on this date that I wanted, we began to consider other options, but in the end we still had to reschedule the dates and we were able to get to this hotel. I, as a regular tourist, no matter how many times I apply, the travel agency for some reason never hears me, so I choose on my own. Since the travel agency did not bother much to find a tour for me and I already came with a ready-made option, I give them 9 out of 10.
