I can safely give this agency 8 points. 2 points removed purely due to technical issues. I was picked up by one hotel, but the name there echoed with another hotel, if I hadn’t noticed, I probably ended up in a completely different hotel. But this is rather a question, maybe purely for the search program, maybe not for the manager and the agency, because they have a common base. This is what could happen. And so everything was fine. There were no delays, everything was clear. The transfer was all on time, well, clearly to the minute.
