The guys in the agency reacted loyally, told everything, picked up the tour. Everything corresponded to what we heard about this agency, and most importantly, we did not wait long for a call back from them. Expectations were fully justified. I was told for the hotel, what are the pros and cons. And it really was. We had a flight delay, but it even played a plus for us. The plane was transferred to us for a day and this day was extended for us at the expense of the company, we spent an additional day on vacation. And the next day they flew normally and without any delays. This time we didn’t take excursions, since I had problems with my leg and it was hard to move around, we decided this time to just arrange a beach holiday for ourselves. But excursions were offered, but they are expensive, on the spot you can take about 2 times cheaper.
