Good agency service. They answered my questions, responded fairly quickly, quickly arranged everything. But there was a little misunderstanding with the hotel, because the agent did not find out all the conditions under which we wanted to pick up a tour. We just relied on the description of the hotel on the website. As it was written, well, the travel agent confirmed that it is there. But in fact it turned out not quite the same. It is good that all issues were immediately resolved on the spot and they treated us loyally, providing everything as we asked. Everything was fine with the transfer and flights, everything was on time. On the spot took advantage of the tours, but they were so-so. We took a sightseeing tour of the city and a boat trip.
