I would not give this agency more than 7 points out of 10, because we had problems on the tour, and they did not want to help us solve them. Our suitcase was lost, I turned to them, but they didn’t really do anything. The flight was not transferred there, but the flight was postponed 20 minutes earlier. And just these 20 minutes could play a big role for us, we could not find our suitcase.
We were not even interested in excursions, although they offered us.
