Recently I was asked through whom we order tours. And I said through Come with us. The last time it was a branch on Independence Square. I praised them and even gave them a phone number, which I now regret very much, because my opinion about Let's go with us, and even more so about their branch on the Maidan, has changed radically.

There are many small travel agencies in Kyiv, prices there are usually 5-8% lower than in Let's go with us. The calculation for the tour amounts to tens of thousands of hryvnias and the difference is very impressive. But I decided to still use the services Let's go with us. I thought that Let's go with us is a serious company, a network with thousands of branches, that by overpaying we pay for quality service, good service and confidence that everything will be fine. I also had a pleasant experience working with them, a wonderful manager girl in an agency in Pechersk who managed to find what I want and at a wonderful price. I booked through her 3 times. But to my dismay, she retired. Turning to Let's go further, I was faced with a very negligent attitude of the staff, a list of hotels is sent, either the first ones that come across, or those that are beneficial to them. You call, voice your requirements, ask for a sandy beach and up to 60 km from the airport, for example. They tell me that the manager will specially select a tour for me!! And I end up with a list of hotels with a pebble beach and about 100 km from the airport. And then they call me back and ask, well, how did you choose? Sometimes they praise what is not necessary to praise, laudatory reviews of an employee are very different from reviews of tourists on the Internet. As a result, the last time I started looking for a hotel myself, then I asked the manager on the site, a nice girl called me back and quickly found what I needed. The person really listened to me and worked hard.

We bought a tour in the winter, on a pre-booking promotion. The cost of the tour is 1802 euros, which at that time was 60200. For the reservation, I paid half and the rest had to be paid before May 16th. Closer to the payment date, the manager calls me back and tells me not to forget to make a payment and that the amount is now less, because the euro exchange rate has fallen a lot. I was voiced a debt of 23500 (instead of 30200). The euro exchange rate really fell significantly, I myself was not happy that we bought a tour in the winter, realizing that now it would cost us much cheaper. And here is such a "gift". The manager warned that she no longer worked there and another girl would take the payment. I went and paid. They said everything is fine, wait for the documents closer to the flight.

A week later, they call me from the agency and tell me to drive up to pay the debt. But how is it that I paid? I call back the manager (the one who picked up the tour). She gives me the application number and says - you can check if your tour is paid, the agency commissions are received, they just want to knock you more money. After her, the chief calls back from the office on Maidan 4, demands to pay extra up to the amount that was in the electronic contract, says that that manager was kicked out and she had no right to recalculate anything for me at all. Well, not a circus? I did not come to them with the requirement to recalculate. I paid on time as much as I was told. Prior to this, we did not buy a tour by early booking, we bought a maximum of a month before departure. It turns out that the manager, leaving, decided to “annoy” the boss at my expense? And who then in Let's go with us generally works?

Yes, I understand everything, there are dishonorable people, there is a human factor. But I believe that a company that values ​​​​its reputation will not shift the punctures of its employees onto the client. Moreover, in my case, this is not even a loss, but simply lost profit. Those who called me from the branch on the Maidan did not even bother to apologize and discuss the situation normally, they simply demanded to pay 8 thousand extra. For such a service, I pay more when contacting Let's go with us? My call to the hotline Let's go with us did not give anything, they poked me with my electronic contract and that's it. As I understand it, they do not have a specific boss. Just a bunch of small offices, where everyone is their own boss. But, if something is wrong or in such a stupid situation as mine, the client will always be to blame. The main goal of employees is to take as much money as possible, but work less. In Let's go, not professionals work for us, but just anyone, for whom it is also normal to “joke” like this.

The bottom line is this. I will never recommend to anyone again. Come with us. Their services are not worth the money and there may still be a lot of surprises that the client will rake himself. I have not yet paid extra for the tour, but I understand that I have no choice. Pegas tourist will not give me the documents, the branch on the Maidan will not give me without additional payment either. The reputation of the network is out of the question here. Well, as they say, suckers are not mammoths, they will not die out. And people will continue to turn to Let's go with us until they get burned. Here is European Ukraine for you! All this is very sad.
