The manager from the Dima agency was very attentive, offered a bunch of options, kept everything in order, he called us back in 2 days, there were no problems with the agency at all. I said that I want to go to this hotel, he caught the price for me, as there were price fluctuations, he quickly made a reservation, he worked very well. We are also satisfied with our tour operator TUI, the flight was delayed, but for technical reasons at the airport, and not because the tour operator delayed.
The guide at the hotel (a representative of the TUI) helped with currency exchange, offered excursions, told everything, there are no complaints about this.
