Everything was fast at the agency, I liked the service, I also liked the hotel. We had an ANEX TOUR tour operator, I have some of the best impressions about them, only the guides are trying to impose themselves, they say that if you don’t take excursions from them, then the rest is ruined, they repeat that you can’t go out of the territory, insurance does not work, etc. .
