I did not choose this tour company. On the website https://turne.ua/ I left a request for a certain hotel. I was immediately sent a message with my manager and the address of the office (Kyiv, Degtyarevskaya st., 50) “Let's go with us”. Since it was close to my house, I decided to buy a ticket there.

The manager Yana called me back and assured me that there were places in the hotel I had chosen, that payment and documents were required. Upon arrival at the office after 2 hours, two “hens” with pouted lips were waiting for me, and it turned out that the tickets to this hotel were supposedly already sold out. My manager Yana "stupidly" looked at the monitor without looking up. Another “beauty” took us into “turnover” and began to offer, what could be seen to be profitable to sell to them. I didn’t like them right away, but I decided to choose from what they offered, since there was no time to go to other agencies. As a result, I was scammed for 1000 UAH. There were 2 departures: at 4 o'clock in the morning, the ticket cost 15,500 UAH and at 13.10 for 14,500 UAH.

They sold me for 15500, and then before the flight they sent me a document with a departure at 13.10. To my calls and complaints about why this happened, they blamed the Join UP tour operator for everything.

In addition, they also wanted to breed” for 1600 UAH for tests for coronovirus at Sharm airport. Then apparently they realized it and returned it to me on the map.
