This is an incredible agency. I can give this agency 12 points out of 10. Because there really are professionals who select tours and holidays individually for each client, budget, climate. I like it very much, the girls there are wonderful. I recommend this agency to everyone. Everything is very cool. What’s even cooler is that they have everything in electronic form, all documents, approvals, electronic seals, contracts. Everything is very advanced, modern and cool. And the girls are interested when you are already in another country, already on vacation. They ask to throw off the photos, and ask how the rest is there, whether all expectations were met. Everything is very cool. There have never been any delays or reschedules. I used their services 3 times, and never even for 15 minutes, so that the flight was delayed. In general, there were no troubles. Excursions were always offered, also very good specialists work there. They recommend where something is cheaper, even pick up individual ones. No complaints at all, I'm happy with everything.
