I did not choose this tour company. On the website https://turne.ua/ I left a request for a certain hotel. I was immediately sent a message with my manager and the address of the office (Kyiv, Degtyarevskaya st., 50) “Let's go with us”. Since it was close to my house, I decided to buy a ticket there. The manager Yana called me back and assured me that there were places in the hotel I had chosen, that payment and documents were required. →

This is an incredible agency. I can give this agency 12 points out of 10. Because there really are professionals who select tours and holidays individually for each client, budget, climate. I like it very much, the girls there are wonderful. I recommend this agency to everyone. Everything is very cool. If you are not satisfied, you can’t say anything about the work of the manager and the travel agency itself. The dream about Georgia almost turned into a nightmare. I certainly respect that tourists are being deceived more than once (in the same situation, they stumbled, let's go around us, 6 osіb i tіlki in 1 day!). Tourism manager Borutskaya Tetyana gave us a few hotels for accommodation. →
