We decided to turn to this agency and we were very lucky with the travel agent, her name is Alena. A very pleasant good woman, enters into a position, always understands. We flew from Nikolaev. We flew there well, although there was a delay of 2 hours. But Nikolaev did not take something back, although the weather was magnificent. We landed in Odessa and waited there for 2 hours and only then flew to Nikolaev. Our airport was not ready to accept even one plane, it turns out they did not even know that we were arriving. It was such a mess. But everything else was good, everything suited us.
