Absolutely no comments to the agency. The managers are very patient, they chewed everything, not an ounce of irritation and answered messages at any time. Just surprising, given that we are with a small child, everything was on time and no delays. We could not use the excursions, because we could not immediately decide, and the next day it is no longer possible, according to the guide. Well, you can't, you can't. We had a good time relaxing.
