Irresponsibility of the head, negligence of the manager Anna Shcherbakova

I am very disappointed in the work of the office, especially how the leaders Anya and Dima turned the situation around. They acted extremely dishonestly.

The situation is as follows: the manager Anna Shcherbakova made proposals for a holiday in Sri Lanka. Departure 01.01.16. Offering one of the hotels, Anya provided erroneous information about the hotel - she threw off pictures and a description of a completely different hotel. We understand that it was a mistake, a human factor, carelessness.

When we arrived at the place, we saw that the hotel was not the one that was in the photo and in the description. We contacted the office, but Anya and Dima pretended that we originally booked this hotel and chose it ourselves. But we chose it on their recommendation - obviously false. According to the contract, everything was drawn up correctly, so they refused to be held responsible for the negligence of their employee.

We had to pay extra money and move to another hotel, as it was impossible to stay in the provided hotel.

Upon arrival, Anya and Dima Gorbunov still refused to compensate for our additional costs.

The decision of the dispute is transferred from the court.

It is a pity that people behave like beasts because of profit. Due to this situation, we will no longer use the services of their office.
