We bought a tour from Elena, Mrs. Slavutich. At first they lay softly, everyone smiled, Elena was advised by a friend. Firstly, the tour was bought a month in advance, since Elena said that closer to the departure date it would be more expensive (we went for the first time). Upon arrival, it turned out that our hotel was not booked and we were sent 200 km from Hurghada! The guides were rude and did not answer questions. Upon arrival, we went to Elena, she did not apologize for compensation and refused. She said she has so many problems, everyone complains and she should be pitied. When I burst into tears because we are not rich and this is a big amount for us, Elena's employee started yelling at me and I had a tantrum, Elena just started to smile and no one apologized.
