We really liked the quality of service in the agency. Our tour operator was Join up, just super, we were also very pleased with him. We had a problem when a child caught a rotavirus infection, or drank the wrong water, or ate something wrong, or put his hands in his mouth ... the bottom line is that qualified medical care was provided, everything was on time, everything was very professionally. A car arrived right at the hotel, they took the child with his mother, dug him up in the hospital, gave him medicines with him, i.e. insurance worked with a bang. And in general, if any questions arose, they always called, all issues were resolved. The work of the agency is good, fast, clear. All documents were sent electronically, it was convenient, no problems arose. With the transfer, too, everything was fine, no delays, no transfers of flights.
