There is no food to the agency, there were some problems with the representative of the tour operator in the hotel. First, they didn’t get ahead of us, if we had a whistle, then in the evening, together with the staff, the hotel had a chance to tell people, telling us if we had a flight. Then, without checking, we were settled in the same room that we booked, as a result, we were settled in the wrong one, the next day we had a chance to move. We chose tours on our own, looked at a lot of things, read reviews, then returned to the agency. The plus is that in the agency they didn’t try to impose on us a different hotel, to that agency, often, it’s hard to direct people in the same hotel, but the stench just arranged a tour in that hotel, which we chose for ourselves, it befitted. A positive attitude before us was on the side of the spivrobitniks of the agency, I can’t say anything nasty about them.
