Even a miracle agency. Our manager promptly sent a reply to all our requests. Dosit shvidko all prepared and organized. We were greeted by the receptionist and even more so for such a service. We didn't have any problems with flights. →
We have very good impressions from the work of this agency, the organization of the tour and the rest itself. Everything was at a good level and there were no problems, which is very important. →
There is no food to the agency, there were some problems with the representative of the tour operator in the hotel. First, they didn’t get ahead of us, if we had a whistle, then in the evening, together with the staff, the hotel had a chance to tell people, telling us if we had a flight. Then, without checking, we were settled in the same room that we booked, as a result, we were settled in the wrong one, the next day we had a chance to move. →

This is not the first time I have addressed to this branch, which is located on Darynka. Manager Galina selects hotels for us according to all our requests and criteria, takes into account all our wishes and always hits the mark. They were referred to us by friends of ours and were very satisfied. In the past, we used the services of other Travel Agencies, but never re-ordered tours from anyone. → |
