The service from the manager was good. The person was attentive to my request, helped with the choice and design. Everything went great at the agency. As for flights, our return flight was rescheduled. was supposed to be at 7 pm, but was rescheduled for 2 hours, the rescheduling was 4 hours earlier. Excursions were offered to us on the spot, but we didn’t go anywhere, since we flew to Egypt for the 6th time. True, we were promised that it would be a chain of hotels and that we could, in theory, walk in neighboring hotels, but in fact it turned out not to be so. You can’t go there for free and had to pay extra to use the infrastructure of a neighboring hotel from the same series.
