There were no problems at the agency, but the operator that provides services is a parasite, I would call it that. We paid extra for a convenient departure time, as a result, the departure time was shifted, from Kyiv by almost half a day, from Egypt. We actually lost almost 1.5 days, we had a Joint Up operator and I think the organization must clearly adhere to what it declares. They say one thing, but the reality is another. Words would be fine, but we also paid extra. I don’t know if the agency knew about such failures, but they could have warned that there are such moments and not charge extra.
