With great difficulty and a small overpayment went. He asked the previously paid money (177Є) to be taken into account in the cost of the summer tour. The answer is impossible. Upon returning on 08/01/2020, he asked for a refund. The answer is no problem, write a statement. On August 4, I brought an application to the office. And on August 10, the answer is completely different. Type tour operator Coral Travel spent the money. I ask for documentary evidence. Alas, no documents. They offered to resell the tour, but I have not seen such a sale anywhere. And so every day empty promises from August 4 to September 25. He asked if it is impossible to return the money, offer another hotel or other dates. No reaction. I asked to move the date to 26.09. With great difficulty and with a crazy surcharge (after a letter to the Central Organ), they moved it.
But instead of 31,000 I paid 37,102. I received the documents, and the flight from Kyiv was at 16.30. Those. a day to the mark, and besides, the flights indicated in the ticket have already been canceled. In general, with great difficulty, they replaced it with a night flight. During registration, I paid extra for a late flight back (16.30). We flew there not knowing which flight we would return to. Then "Let's go with us" offered a departure at 13.35 and a refund of the surcharge. I had to agree. With such "sensitive actions" I was forced to go again to the same hotel. But if in the summer I went for 28700, then in the fall as much as 37102, although I have not seen such prices anywhere. In general, I wanted to win in money, but I fell for the greed of the sub-tour operator "Let's go with us." Representative Alyona Dontsova. Maybe with someone they treated normally, but all three times the attitude towards my family was extremely disgusting. The customer is always right - that's not the rule for "Come with us".
Summing up what has been written, I do not suggest anyone to use the EARLY or VERY EARLY booking option, and even more so to use the services of Come with us. Moreover, my friend suffered from this office, and also a lady was returning with us, and they were also bent on money in the summer. Let's go with us.
