Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone.

I want to share an extremely negative review about the company Let's go with us and the incompetence of the work of some managers, and also talk about how beautifully violating the laws of Ukraine they extort money from tourists from us.

In the month of July this year we decided to go to Antalya, Turkey. Wanted exactly in the hotel Sera. The manager Alena Dontsova picked up a tour for a certain amount, which suited everyone. Signed the contract, made part of the money. A day later, a surprise - pay extra for another 4000 UAH. for each tour, went with their parents. Not only that, according to the legislation of Ukraine, the updated amount of the contract cannot exceed 5% of the amount previously indicated in the contract, we were told that the money would not be returned to us, we had to pay extra. In addition, I had to call Tui myself and clarify all the details on the tour and price, since the manager Alena claimed that she could not contact Tui and clarify the price of the tour. The question is why am I wasting my time doing Alena's work for which she received her percentage. I managed to get through to Tui in 20 minutes. I conclude that the manager was not interested in assisting in the purchase of the tour and avoiding losing money. All the same, we went with the family and had a good rest. BUT!

In September, my parents were going to go there to Turkey and to the same hotel, and they booked the tour at the end of last year. According to the terms of the contract, they contributed from 10% of the contract price. Alena Dontsova, the manager, claimed that earlier booking is very beneficial for tourists, but it seems that it is beneficial only for Come with us.

My parents were supposed to fly at the end of September, but starting from July, they began to have a hassle.

Parents turned to Let's go with us with a request to return the prepayment for the tour as the situation with the coronavirus worsened and they did not really want to go. We went with us and they said that they cannot return 10% of the prepayment, Coral Travel has the money and in general there will be a 100% fine for parents if they want to return the money, supposedly Coral Travel told them so. I made a request to Coral Travel and according to their information, the fine should have been only 5% of the contract price, since back in July they asked in advance to return the money. Time passed, Alena Dontsova since July could not find out the conditions for the return of money, and at first she claimed that they would return the entire amount of the prepayment. They waited for August and it turns out that they cannot return the money (of course, because they spent it a long time ago). Further, since it is impossible to return the money, provide checks for what the money was spent. They simply could not go with us, although in accordance with the law on tourism they had to provide all the requested documentation, the parents decided to go so as not to lose money. They recalculated the amount of the contract and rolled them an amount that generally exceeded the price of similar tours posted on their website by UAH 10,000 and, again, more than 5% of the price of the contract, as provided by law. It turns out that the coronavirus has a negative impact on business, but it doesn’t matter what happens to ordinary people. Father wrote a statement addressed to the head of the office, Natalia Sklonchak, who did NOT assist in any way in the matter of returning money, reselling the tour, and so on. In general, the money cannot be returned, the cost of the tour has increased by 10,000 UAH, although the site has exactly the same tour to the same hotel for a much lower price. Parents asked if they could resell the tour in order to return the money, but Alena Dontsova did not manage to do this either. The icing on the cake was that the parents were sold a return ticket for a non-existent flight, and the parents also paid extra for a late flight. The manager of Let's go with us did not monitor the time of departure, arrival, my father himself saw that the departure time had changed, the return flight to Kyiv did not exist at all, and only after complaints from her father Alena began to do at least something, her parents were transferred to another flight with a return extra money for a late flight.

I strongly do not recommend Let's go with us, I will contact all higher authorities, since this organization is engaged in extorting money from tourists, which they spend in their pockets, because they cannot explain why such a crazy overpayment on the tour. Also, I do not advise you to contact the manager Alena Dontsova and her leader Natalya Sklonchak, you will look for a tour yourself, push the manager to solve some issues and wait long and tediously until your money settles better in their pockets.
