We turned to this travel agency because the office is located right in our house. They decided to go to Egypt for a vacation, and accordingly, the manager was asked for proposals only for this country. Of the proposals, we settled on two hotels: Hilton and Siva (Sharm el-Sheikh). The manager strongly recommended the Siwa hotel. Since we were not in any of the hotels, we agreed and paid for the ticket. Departure was 08.11.18 at 11.45 and then it all started. First, it was postponed for an hour, and then when the next departure time approached, it was simply transferred for another hour, then for two. An SMS came from the tour operator that since the flight was delayed, we could eat at the Elephant cafe on the third floor of the airport (Borispol), but we could not find this cafe. We approached the help desk with a relevant question and it turned out that there is a cafe at the airport, but it is located in the area before passport control and you can’t go there because we are already in the departure area. As a result, with scandals, calling the police twice and filing a collective statement, we flew out after 8 hours. We got to the hotel at 2 am with a "great" mood and minus one day of vacation. .. At the reception, they paid $ 20 for a room with a sea view (this despite the fact that the manager said that in this hotel all rooms are with a sea view and there is no point in taking something higher than the standard). The room was not bad, large with a large balcony, but the bathroom. . . Towel hangers are rusty like other items that are "ala chrome", the bathtub is old and, apparently, when the enamel peeled off it, they decided to simply paint it white with a brush. But at least we had water, some of the "lucky ones" with whom we talked on the beach did not have this. In general, a five-star hotel in Egyptian is somewhere around 2.5-3 stars in human terms. You can write about food for a very long time, but I won’t do it, because it’s a matter of taste and perhaps I didn’t like it very much. I can only say that meat is a rarity, fish is also not often, and these are mackerel tails with vegetables. The bulk of the dishes are some kind of slurry, and in it there are sausages, during the production of which not a single animal was harmed, then vegetables float. . . In general, you won’t be able to die of hunger, but at least I really missed homemade food. I won’t write about the hotel anymore, I just decided for myself that it’s better to relax in some global chain hotels, where at least somehow the quality is monitored. . . Returning home and waiting two hours for the bus to the airport in front of the hotel, not pleasant, but knowing that it could be 8, we were not too upset. So, summing up: 1. Companies Join Up and Come with us are terrible and irresponsible; 2. No calls to the hotlines of these companies, complaints to managers, feedback left by phone do not affect anything; 3. The reviews that we tried to leave on the company's website Let's go with us are simply not published (moderators work), only good ones can be left there, others are not. 4. When buying vacation packages, in order not to spoil it for yourself, you need to bypass such airlines as Bravo, YanAir and the like, as well as all travel agencies that work with the Join Up tour operator.
