I did not like the service in this agency, because they imposed a different type of flight, the price was more considered. The transfer was good, without any nuances. →
We turned to this travel agency because the office is located right in our house. They decided to go to Egypt for a vacation, and accordingly, the manager was asked for proposals only for this country. Of the proposals, we settled on two hotels: Hilton and Siva (Sharm el-Sheikh). The manager strongly recommended the Siwa hotel. Since we were not in any of the hotels, we agreed and paid for the ticket. →

The manager - Irina Galushchak - showed maximum unprofessionalism. In her opinion, it is absolutely not necessary to inform your clients about the required package of documents. Because of her, I had to postpone the flight for 1 day. As a result, I suffered financial losses. She does not admit her mistake at all. This was my first trip with this agency and the last one. → |
