Travel agency: Поехали с нами (Kyiv) Service type: пакетный тур, отель |
My review of "come with us" is very negative. We took a ticket in Kyiv on the street. Zhilyanskaya.
We went to Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh, the sea is simply divine. Everything else was horrific, and first and foremost - the hotel.
Tour agent in "come with us" painted the hotel as manna from heaven. She said that minibuses to the beach from the hotel run every half hour, that the hotel is generally divine, full of all inclusive (which we took at her insistence), 2 pools, etc.
In fact, this turned out to be:
1) We have arrived. In the first minute, the employee of "Join Up" (the host with which "come with us" closely cooperates) tried to charge us 10 dollars for filling out the migration cards himself (name, surname, year of birth, nationality and passport number .. .)
2) The Luna Sharm Hotel, which was painted for us in all colors, turned out to be just a terrible, disgusting nightmare:
- It barely reaches 2 stars. In some rooms, like in ours, the doors do not close from the inside and you have to close them from the outside, then go through the balcony to your room and lock yourself.
- The hotel is falling apart. Ceiling lamps stagger, the hose from the shower is pinched, tk. the pipe in which he is located is torn, at 4-5 in the morning the lawns are watered with sewage and the stench is such that a respirator is needed.
- on the second floor, the pressure from the shower is so weak that it is almost impossible to wash.
- the water is poisonous. every second Slavic tourist (I don’t know about the Arabs and Egyptians of which there were 99%)
I got poisoned at least once during my stay.
- food once in a while .. sometimes normal, sometimes disgusting. Vegetables were often given yesterday, tomatoes smelled of sewerage. While we were about 10 people got poisoned either by food in the hotel, or by water in which all sorts of E. coli.
- the line for food in the Soviet-type canteen of this hotel is lined up for 10-15 minutes. As we noticed in the evening, they collect half-eaten dishes from the plates and then lay them out the next day instead of fresh vegetables. Some vegetables even had incompletely peeled cheese!!!!!
- the attitude of the hotel is bad from the managers. Ordinary staff OK, but at the reception and in the bar sucks. It can be seen from them that you are just a wallet for them and they will not wait until you leave so that new wallets enter. They talk to you at the reception so you don’t want to come up anymore. The feeling that you are not settled in a room, but you are going to jail.
- The vaunted All Inclusive at this hotel is just the name. Calling even a local number is paid, the Internet works only in the lobby and costs $ 15 for the whole time, the bar in the all inclusive is open from 10 am to 10 pm!!!! and the alcohol is all scorched, locally produced, it is not realistic to drink. Delicious cola on tap. However, you can only take one glass in one hand. The same with water. When you order 2 glasses, you may be asked for whom it is or something like "are you drunk yet?quot;. At 10:02 p.m. they don’t even give water at the bar. They refuse to pour water into a bottle.
- You can’t swim in the pool after 6 pm, they cover it with bleach. The pool is shallow. The second one is just for children, no one swam there for the whole time that we were there.
- Minibuses to the beach do not go from the hotel every half hour, as the tour agent said, but only 3 times a day and 2 times back at an inconvenient time. And they are late for 10-60 minutes. All the guides and minibuses were late for 30-40 minutes. The last minibus from the sea leaves at 5 pm. If you linger on the beach, then go 40-50 minutes uphill on foot or by taxi.
- The guide from "Join Up" is a completely different story. Let's start with the fact that he did not come to the meeting with us. I had to call their office from the reception, where they told me that the call was paid, but only for me they would make an exception. The guide ended up being 50 minutes late. As I understand it, the only purpose of meeting with a guide is to sell an expensive excursion. Guided tours cost 50-80% more than the real cost. There was a guy with a computer in the hotel who was selling excursions. The fact that the guy costs $ 20 from the guide cost $ 50 per person. Having learned that I don’t want to take a tour, the guide began to insist and said that by buying a tour now I will get one for free. After asking around, I realized that the only thing I can count on is a free city tour that costs $10. Having received a complete refusal, the guide was literally OFFENDED! :))) He stopped talking to me further, said that "Join Up" was no longer responsible for us and left. When we were leaving, the other guide who came for us spoke simply boorishly and tried to squeeze in an ultimatum to us the idea that the Egyptians are very kind and polite people, while not forgetting to mention that if someone doesn’t like something, they have an army and it’s better not to quarrel with them .
As for the tour operator and his work, upon arrival we googled the cost of staying in Egypt and realized that for the money that 2 of us were taken in "come with us" we could go to a good hotel on the first line the three of us!
3) The rest of the disadvantages of traveling are no longer related to a travel agency or a hotel, but I’ll still list it: the resort is dirty, gobies and plastic bottles are lying everywhere. People are arrogant, all the time trying to sell you their cheap worthless goods 4-5 times more expensive than the real value. When you refuse, they grab you by the hand, climb up to shake hands with men, ask for their names, etc. just to get into your brain. Pressed to the last only used vparit something. Many people take pictures in cafes or on excursions, and then they try to sell you your photo for 10-20 dollars. Find out if you are married. If you say no, then your girlfriend is offered to marry behind your back, etc.
The sea, corals and fish are simply divine :) If you go, ask for a hotel on the first line so that the reef is right on the beach.
