Fake offers on the site

May 2017. We decided to go to Egypt for a week to rest. We went to the site "Come with us." In the last minute section, we found an offer to Hurghada at Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park (ex.Festival Le Jardin) 5 * for 15,000 hryvnias for two. We left a request on the website and called the manager Yulia. Julia listened to us and began to offer us other tours. We insisted on this. To which she said that this one is not there, because they have a lot of orders and they do not have time to change the information on the site. There are vouchers for this hotel, but for other numbers and an order of magnitude higher prices.

The next day, Svetlana called on the application and said about the same. The voucher hung on the site for several more days. One gets the impression that all the vouchers there are fake.

I agree with the opinion above about the greed of the company. All over the world they ask for discounts and this is normal. Especially if people are ready to fly on last-minute trips. But this company is already very boldly and loudly declaring that they are not going to give discounts to anyone.

Put things in order on your site, stop deceiving people. And learn how to deal politely with customers, even with those who ask for discounts ...
