We bought tickets to Green Hill, but already on the bus we were told that they would not take us there. The reasons were different: the air conditioners did not work, the sewerage broke through, there were no free rooms. They wanted to settle in Alara Star, but we refused. There were about 15 people like us. We quarreled with the bald guide for a long time, but they never took us to Green Hill. It's good that they achieved at least a better Alara Park hotel. 2 girls insisted on their own and all the same they were taken to Green Hill. They sold more vouchers there than necessary, which is why they then shoved the suckers into different sheds like Alara Star. I do not advise anyone to cooperate with Anex Tour.
