Beware of travel agency 'Come with us'

To say NOT RELIABLE TOUR OPERATOR "Come with us" is to say nothing.

Every year, for the New Year, the family went to friends in Europe (Germany, Holland, Italy, etc.). I applied for visas every year on my own, never had any problems. I received a call and went ahead according to the scheme ..... This year (2010-2011) I decided to make a surprise, to come to Prague to my friends. I said that I would not come, so I did not take the call and asked for help from the tour agency "GO WITH US" in Odessa on Troitskaya, under the guidance of Marina Kistruga, in organizing a tour to the Czech Republic. On each issue, Marina systematically consulted with some kind of Tour operator. This already made me think about her professionalism. As a result, I had to pay twice for car insurance. They claimed that we would have some kind of corridor of 14 days for unforeseen circumstances (weather, etc.), for a delay in Europe. I said this is the first time I've heard of this. Marina Kistryuga once again assured that I had flown before, but by car for the first time and I don’t know everything. I, despite the fact that I traveled to Europe so many times, did not know that the visa indicates the length of stay in the Schengen area. The director of the tour agency is obliged to know this, especially if it was clarified with her several times.

As a result, my wife and I were charged with Deportation in our passports, for exceeding the period of stay in Europe by two days. Well, at least the children were not touched.

Beware of SUCH WORSE PROFESSIONALS.

To a hotel in the Czech Republic from 9240 UAH paid by me. , 360 euros were transferred. The numbers are somewhat inconsistent.

It is outrageous that Kistryuge has enough impudence, instead of AT LEAST apologizing, not admitting his guilt, but generally denying everything. I recommend everyone to go to a tour agency with a voice recorder ....
