Collaboration with a HORRIBLE tour operator Accord Tour

I'm afraid that my review may not be published on the official website "Let's go with us", so I'll duplicate it here:

Dear management "Come with us"! I urge you to pay attention to my (hopefully not the only one on this topic) review and respond accordingly. Your travel agency has always been trusted and has a good reputation in the eyes of tourists. That is why I decided to use your services to organize an "unforgettable" vacation, but I regretted it catastrophically! My husband and I chose the "Motives of Azure Notes" tour, which was organized by the Accord Tour. Unfortunately, I found out about this only at the time of signing the contract in your office, so I could not find out more detailed information about them in advance. The question immediately arises, why do you not indicate this information along with information about the tour itself on your website? And I will answer it: Because if people immediately see that the tour is provided by the Accord tour (having read the horrors that they write about them and I am ready to subscribe to everyone), then you will not sell this tour in your life. And I want to note that it is also indicated there that the tour is provided by "Come with us", but as it turned out, this is not so.

Now a little about the tour itself. The program you declared is 80% different from the actual one. For example, you write, "Two nights in Nice", but this is a lie!!! And you will find out about this and other inconsistencies a couple of days before departure, and then also during the tour itself. These are all organizational moments of the tour, which are certainly very important, but there is one more moment that comes to the fore. This is the SAFETY and LIFE of your tourists! Accord tour neglects the life of its tourists and you should not give a damn! Since you are selling their services! We were allocated one driver for the flight, who was after the 17-hour flight and just fell asleep during the night journey. We were just lucky to get to our destination unscathed, after which we were fortunately given another bus and two drivers. But unfortunately other tourists in Poland were not so lucky...

I don’t see the point in writing complaints to the Accord tour, since they have been drowning in them for a long time and they frankly don’t give a damn about them, since nothing changes in their work (judging by the huge number of negative reviews, which are increasing every day).

Therefore, I am writing to you with the hope that you care and stop selling tours of this "sharashka office". Initially, I turned to you, because I trusted you. But after the planted "pig" in the form of the Accord tour, I will frankly say that today I would not recommend you to my relatives and friends, because you need to know with whom you cooperate and whose tours you sell. And one gets the impression that either you do not care about this, or you are simply not interested in real reviews and the real situation in this sharaga today. Which also speaks of your unprofessionalism. This is primarily your face and name!

Please stop selling Accord Tour tours, or indicate that the tour is provided by them, do not deceive people!
