Absolutely NOT reliable company that works with absolutely NOT reliable tour operators

Absolutely NOT reliable company that works with absolutely NOT reliable tour operator (JoinUP) airline (YANAIR)!!!

I flew to Turkey, Kemer. Indeed, when choosing a tour, an employee of the company (Marjana Girich) gave interesting information about prices and hotels. But that's where all the good things I can say about the company ends...

I chose the Britannia Hotel 3 * (I chose for a long time). At the Antalya airport, I accidentally heard that the representative of JoinUP, who met us, told the bus driver (transfer) to take me to Sefikbey Hotel (the cheapest 3* hotel). To my bewilderment, it was said that there are no places in Britannia Hotel 3 * and therefore they say that I need to be taken to Sefikbey Hotel, although my voucher says Britannia Hotel 3 *. And that all questions to the Ukrainian side!!!

They also made me guilty of my claims to the company "Let's go with us" that I, like, should not have gone to another hotel and had to call them (at 6 in the morning at the airport of a foreign country) ... Then they said that they would try to transport me to another, better hotel. But at the same time, they didn’t offer any specific options ... In the middle of the second day, the Turkish side of Joinap said that if I want, they can find out if there are places in the hotel where I bought the tour, and if so, then they will transport me there... Considering that I was traveling for only 7 nights, I no longer wanted to waste time on clarifying and moving and stayed in Sefikbey. And like me, there were a few families that Joinup brought to Sefikbey, instead of other paid hotels.

The flight back is a different story... I knew it was a charter flight and could be rescheduled. but when buying a tour, I was told that all transfers would be known a day before departure. Therefore, when I learned in advance that the flight was postponed from 14.30 to 17.50 and we would be picked up from the hotel at 14.00, this only made me happy. But when at that time we were sitting with bags under the hotel, they called and said that the flight was delayed for 3 hours and we would be picked up at about 16.30-17.00. Of course, we were afraid to go somewhere and stayed to wait under the hotel. At 17.30 it turned out that the flight was delayed for another hour and we would be picked up at 18.00. And at the airport it turned out that the flight was not even at 21.40 at all, but at 23.30 ... And we took off in general after 24.00 ...

To all my indignations at the company "Let's go with us" they answer me that they are not responsible for anything, they only sell the tour and all claims in JoinUP ... The question arises why then they are needed and why they sell their insurance separately !!!
